Cancellation Policy.

 
Our appointment times are precious and much sought after. We pride ourselves on running to schedule. Please respect ours and our client’s time by arriving on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in full service being unavailable and a shortened appointment time/service. We require 24 hrs notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 12 hrs notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total of your appointment. A no show with no communication prior will incur a fee of 100% of your appointment. No show fees will be applied to your card on file as per policy upon booking. If no card is on file, the fee will be recorded to your account and full payment will be required prior to booking another appointment. Multiple last minute cancellations or no shows may result in no further bookings available. We of course understand that life happens and appointments get overlooked. Discretion will be applied for extenuating circumstances. We thank you for understanding that we have running and staff costs.
